- Our support agent will respond to any Urgent and High priority query in 20 mins.
- Our support agent will respond to any Medium and Low priority query in 45 mins.
- Resolution time for Urgent and High priority query is 24 and 36 hours respectively. Medium priority query will be resolved in 4 days, while as Low priority query will be resolved in 8 days.
